Is there a minimum order or setup fee?
No minimums and zero setup fees. Run a single piece or a full production order — there are no screen charges, no per-color upcharges, and no setup costs, even on full-color artwork.
Can I send my own garments from SanMar?
Yes. With SanMar PSST you can ship your blanks straight from SanMar to us with no shipping fees. Have a different wholesale account (like S&S Activewear)? Send those blanks too — supplying your own garments is optional.
How durable are the prints?
Built to last. Printed on industrial M&R Polaris & Maverick DTG machines using waterbased inks with trade secret binder that forms a continuous film that physically encapsulates the pigment particles, and it flows into and around the fibrous, porous cotton surface, mechanically keying into the weave and the fuzzy fiber structure.
Think of it like the binder gripping the cotton the way dried glue grips a rough, absorbent surface — it wraps around individual fibers and locks into the gaps between them in the weave. When it cures and hardens in 20 foot natural gas tunnel dryer, the pigment is now trapped in a polymer film that's mechanically interlocked with the fabric structure. That mechanical keying into cotton's rough, absorbent, high-surface-area weave is why the bond is strong and wash-durable.
